The home of leading Cricketer Lasith Maliga’s wife’s home had been burgled. The incident had occurred at the home located at Angoda, Awissawela area. Approximately 50 lacks worth of items had got burgled. The time Lalith Malinga was playing the world cup matches, none of the inmates were in the residence, and this opportunity was utilized by the robbers and had broken the home for stealing states reports.Information states, Jewellery embossed with diamonds, gold jewels, digital cameras, electronic equipments and some gifts obtained for Lasith Maliga during cricket matches were robbed. The Mulleria area police had commenced investigating the incident states reports.
